Producer: Josue Ariel Funez
This coffee is produced by Josué Ariel, a third-generation coffee farmer who grew up in this very region. After living abroad, Josué decided to return to Honduras to dedicate himself entirely to coffee cultivation. Today, he excels in his field, having mastered several processing techniques over the years.
Josué has built strong relationships with his buyers, allowing him to sell 50% of his production as specialty coffee. He uses three different drying methods: Natural, Honey, and Washed, which has significantly improved his quality of life thanks to the prices he receives. He is convinced that investing in specialty coffee is essential for the success of small producers in Honduras.
